It is always possible that an ordered product doesn't meet your expectations, no worry, we've got you covered!

The products might sometimes be a bit confusing and therefore we are standby to help you with any questions you have. Even if you haven't bought any products yet! Please contact us via shop@beatsandbuttons.com for any issues with your order, question about the products or anything else you'd like to have a chat about in which we might be able to assist.

Want to return your product?

You have 14 days of time after receiving the product to request to start a refund process. To iniate a refund process, please contact us via shop@beatsandbuttons.com and include your ordernummer, which can be found on the emails you have received and on the invoice that came with the product. You will receive further instructions on how to move forward and where to send the product(s) too. Note that you have to pay for the return costs yourself. Please ship back the product with its accessories and preferably in the original box and make sure the product is still in new and original condition (but might be used to test it out). But if that is not available any other solid box will do. You will be refunded via the original payment method used when you bought the product. The refund amount will include both the costs of the product(s) and the paid amount for shipping.
